my husband wore his Yamcha costume from last year to Walmart, and everyone thought he was an escaped convict or something.
he wore his StarTrek uniform to the premiere of the new movie...does that count?

My friend and I would always dress up for school [Wigs and everything] and its funny to have everybody come up and ask you what are you wearing XD

I will sometimes wear my Sakura Haruno wig and my leaf headband out to like wal-mart or something, cosplaying outside a convention is the best way to get attention :D

way back when the lord of the rings movies were playing, does anyone remember the hobbit family? does anyone know who they were? it was a family, mom & dad and like 3 or 4 kids and they wore hobbit cloaks and i think they even had the brooches the elves gave...i saw them once or twice and i always wondered what happened to them...

During spirit week at my high school, we have Hero Day and Movie Character Day on Tuesday and Wednesday. I dress up as Itachi every year for Hero Day, and L on Movie Character day. :P
If it wasn't for physics and law enforcement, I'd be unstoppable.

I wore my Sora costume to work one day.

I stood at a podium and tore tickets at the Chenal 9 IMAX
which is the only commercial IMAX in Arkansas, so it gets plenty of traffic from all over the state.

yeah.....

no one recognised my charecter.

well i was missing the shoes, and i had a blong spiky wig, the red part of my sora costume is day glow orange because the site that made it (cosplay magic) used the artwork from the game's booklet and not the actuall gameplay oh yah and no keyblade. i still love the sora costume.

the worst part was some one asked me if I was Naruto!!! D:<

and then after work i went to wall-mart and some one asked again if I was naruto.

next year I wana go as Tifa Lockhart, the AC costume is less flashy, I could probably move around without being afraid of messing it up.

Usually when I go to Silver Dollar City, I wear my Naruto Headband (leaf akatsuki) and there'd either be people who know what it is, or the people who are like "who the heck is that gothic chick walking around?" I even had a group of people start snickering and constantly looking my way to laugh. Funny thing is... One small grin was all it took to shut them up...

I do love freaking people out }:) I know it may be bad, but I can't help it. It's just so fun!

Shading your eyes from the light between the trees, your turned around and softly smiled at me
Inside of a calm breeze, I was holding you before I even realized it
Blushing, you closed your eyes and softly kissed me
You were more beautiful than any other flower
I loved you
I always loved you

I used to work at Target and once a friend of mine was cosplaying Lacus Clyne at our local anime club, and she and I went to Target afterward to visit my girlfriend. All of my coworkers were like O.O

All of my personal outdoors-cosplaying has been at my town's local park/forest areas for random photo shoots.

well I've never cosplayed before... but I'm working on it!! (just gotta get my granny to help me sew XD)
I'm planning on going to the fall convention as Greece from Hetalia. It'd be cool to have a cosplay meetup :D
but I'm kind of shy and quiet when I meet new people so I might not be fun to hang out with...
